RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS — TMAX 305 RENTALS (MIAMI)
1. Purpose
These terms govern the rental of maxi-scooters (Yamaha TMAX) offered by TMAX 305 Rentals (the "Renter") to the customer (the "Client"). Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after online payment of the rental amount. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and apply per 24-hour period. Any started 24-hour period is due in full.
3. Security deposit
A security deposit is required at pick-up (card imprint or cash as indicated). It covers damage, theft, fines, missing fuel and cleaning costs. It is released after the vehicle is returned in good condition, less any amounts owed.
4. Driver requirements
The Client must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license authorizing operation of the vehicle, and present valid photo ID. The vehicle may only be operated by the declared driver(s).
5. Pick-up and return
The vehicle is provided with a full tank and a helmet. It must be returned at the agreed date, time and place, in the condition it was provided. Any delay may result in an additional day being charged.
6. Use of the vehicle
The Client agrees to obey all traffic laws and not to: sublet the vehicle, drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use it for racing, carry more passengers than allowed, or leave the authorized area without written consent.
7. Insurance and liability
The vehicle is covered by the insurance stated in the contract. The Client remains liable for damage, theft and violations occurring during the rental, within the limits of the insurance terms and the deposit. Fines and tickets remain the Client's responsibility.
8. Breakdown, accident, theft
In the event of an accident, breakdown or theft, the Client must immediately notify the Renter and, where applicable, the authorities, and provide a report. No repairs may be undertaken without the Renter's consent.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent by email. Refund conditions depend on the notice period and are specified at the time of booking.
10. Personal data
Information collected (identity, license, contact details) is used solely to manage the rental and is retained in accordance with applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA). Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Miami-Dade.
